My approach to your health
I’m a bachelor trained clinical nutritionist and I’m on a mission. I want to change the way people view their bodies, particularly people after life challenges and changes.
In my nutritionist practice, I prefer to focus on what you gain, not what you lose. I offer a calm and supportive sanctuary where you will feel heard and understood.
Working with people to improve their relationship with food is a really important aspect of my work. I help my clients explore the issues they have around food and their body, and take a non-diet approach to make sure they are nourishing their body in the way that suits them best.

I’ve been there too
What led me to becoming a nutritionist might be similar to the journey you’re on now. I struggled with digestive issues for many years and found it difficult to get a diagnosis.
Over the years, I learnt more about my body and realised there was so much to understand so went to university to study to be a nutritionist. I’m now in remission and I am using all that I’ve been taught to help others learn more about their bodies and live a healthier and happier life.
